If you cancel your booking you must notify us at least 4 days in
advance of the scheduled departure by email or in writing (in such
event there is no cancellation fee). But if you cancel within 3
days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent
cancellation fee (twenty percent (20%) of the total price);
Shorter stays than the booked stay will be regarded as cancellation
and hence no refund will be provided;
We reserve the right to cancel a tour under exceptional
circumstances which is out of our control. In such cases you will
be promptly informed and the company return all money paid by you.
No compensation will be paid to the client if cancellation is
because of Force Majeure.
If you have any special requests (dietary or otherwise) you should
inform us at the time of booking. We will try to meet such
requests, but we do not guarantee to do so.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and everyone
travelling with you have all necessary travel documents (such as
valid passports and visas, air tickets, travel insurance);

If you have a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, or do
experience difficulties that cannot be dealt with at the time by
the hotel, transportation, or our representative guide, you must
immediately inform us. If you fail to timely contact us or if you
only mention the issue on your return from tour we will be unable
to help you and rectify any error while you are away.
