Dear guest,

Booking must be made by a person aged eighteen years old or over.
Please read carefully before completing and submitting your reservation form. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details which you supply to us are correct.
Once you have made your selections and submit your form, we will process your order and will get back to you shortly with a total final price. Also, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice attachment (Please disregard this e-mail if you have not submitted any request).

Payment:
Please note that twenty percent (20%) of the total price will be required as deposit upon your confirmation of the tour. Details about your options for making a payment will be included in your invoice. Another eighty percent (80%) you will pay upon arrival.

Prices:
Prices will be calculated per person for the whole tour in USD and may be vary depending on a number of factors like the size of your group, chosen pick-up location, preferred hotel, or any other special request and activities you should make.

Cancellation:
If you cancel your booking you must notify us at least 4 days in advance of the scheduled departure by email or in writing (in such event there is no cancellation fee). But if you cancel within 3 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee (twenty percent (20%) of the total price);
Shorter stays than the booked stay will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided;
We reserve the right to cancel a tour under exceptional circumstances which is out of our control. In such cases you will be promptly informed and the company return all money paid by you. No compensation will be paid to the client if cancellation is because of Force Majeure.

Special requests:
If you have any special requests (dietary or otherwise) you should inform us at the time of booking. We will try to meet such requests, but we do not guarantee to do so.

Responsibilities:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and everyone travelling with you have all necessary travel documents (such as valid passports and visas, air tickets, travel insurance);
It is your responsibility to check the confirmation invoice carefully and let us know immediately in the event of any error;
It is your responsibility to arrange your own flights, to ensure that you arrive in good time on board. If you miss a flight you must notify us at your earliest convenience so that we can try to organize an alternative airport transfer;
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury or any health problems arising during your stay;
You are responsible for your behavior!

Complaints:
If you have a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, or do experience difficulties that cannot be dealt with at the time by the hotel, transportation, or our representative guide, you must immediately inform us. If you fail to timely contact us or if you only mention the issue on your return from tour we will be unable to help you and rectify any error while you are away.
